　　Objective:
　　
　　In order to enable the customer's concentrator to put into production as soon as possible and have a stable technical team to ensure the normal operation of the mine in the future, Hengda will appoint the technical backbone of the installation and commissioning team to be responsible for the training. These experienced engineers will train all the concentrator equipment and processing technology in the common problems in the operation of the concentrator, and demonstrate solutions for the workers on site.

　　Concentrator Management
　　
　　1. Management of operation and production plan, including analysis of daily production report, solution of existing problems, production plan and arrangement of each stage.
　　
　　2. Cost management: the management of various cost accounting, cost analysis, cost decision-making and cost control in the process of production and operation. Beneficiation costs include the price of ore, consumption of beneficiation reagents, energy consumption, water consumption, workers'wages and depreciation of equipment and facilities, etc.

　　3. Safety and environmental protection management, including: equipment safety management, personnel safety management in production process, three wastes discharge; emergency treatment of emergencies; implementation of the national guidelines, policies and standards for mine safety production.

　　4. The management of mineral processing technology requires that good technical and economic benefits be achieved with the least consumption of ore, hydropower and labor in production technology. It includes: analysis and promotion of production index; technological innovation of beneficiation test; establishment of reagent system and control of reagent unit consumption; training of workers'beneficiation technology, innovation and reform of process flow, etc.
