When the motor starting with no-load, the pump impeller in the fluid coupling connected with motor ,then transfer energy from motor to the operation oil, when the motor reaches a certain speed, the operation oil attack the turbine which connected with the load at high-speed ,in this way, the motor drives the load; when operation oil reduced energy ,which returned to pump impeller and re-absorption of energy, so in this cycle back and forth, to achieve transferring energy between the pump impeller (the initiative) and turbine (driven). Because only the operation oil can achieve the above-mentioned flexible connection, so they are able to isolate torsional vibration and shock, and making the load start smoothly.
As a result of center drive ball mill using roller bearings which reduced the frictional resistance and static resistance torque, and coupled with the use of the fluid coupling and gear reducer ,in this way , compared with conventional mill ,center drive ball mill is able to make the electrical power decreased by 10.7% - 30% . Energy-saving effect is very obvious.
